Composing A Life is put on each year by the Women's Society of Washington University. At the event, women undergraduate and graduate students will have the opportunity to learn how five women have defined success in their lives. They will hear the diverse stories behind how these women have combined careers, personal lives, and other interests after their entry into the "real world." The Panhellenic Community's Commitment to Service:

The Women’s Panhellenic Association of Washington University in St. Louis seeks to establish a lasting and beneficial partnership with local community organizations. Our goals in this partnership are to reach out into the communities near our campus with which we interact daily, give help where it is truly needed and strengthen ties between our Greek chapters during the process. This past year, Panhellenic participated in Field Day, a program sponsored bythe Campus Y that recognizes the achievements of select students in St. Louis public schools. We regularly support campus-wide blood drive initiatives by co-sponsoring donation locations on campus. We also collected thousands of school supplies for local elementary schools during our Greek Week School Supply Drive, and contribute hands-on service hours to these and other schools when we lead groups of first-year students during Service First. While each sorority has its own service projects and philanthropies, the Women’s Panhellenic Association strives to foster an environment for community service collaboration amongst members of all our chapters that unites Greek women through community outreach.

Pi Beta Phi - Holds annual basketball tourney for Links for Literacy and Champions are Leaders

Alpha Phi - Annual "Phi Ball" raises money for the American Heart Association

Delta Gamma - Hosts "Anchor Splash" for The Delta Gamma Center

Alpha Epsilon Phi - "Phi Pheast" supports the Elizabeth Glazer Pediatric AIDS Foundation

Kappa Kappa Gamma - "Kappa Karaoke" raises funds for Kid's Place and Lydia's House

Alpha Omicron Pi - Supports the Arthritis Foundation
